How my journey began...

In my early 40s, I had to pursue another professional designation to get a better job, but I felt overwhelmed with the amount of study required to do so. I felt stress and anxiety about how to manage with limited time to study on top of having a part-time job, and being a single parent, all while balancing LOTS of responsibilities of a household.

I found it almost impossible to focus, became easily tired, lacked motivation, and procrastinated with constant distractions. After two unsuccessful attempts to pass the certification process, I began identifying myself as a failure and feared that my inability to study would mean I could never climb any higher on the corporate ladder. 

Taking matters into my own hands during COVID, I trained myself to overcome the limiting beliefs. Soon, I could easily sit for hours in one sitting with full focus and concentration. I could recall all the standards and technical jargon easily and was then able to successfully pass two of the certification exams with flying colors. Having overcome several hurdles myself, I began helping my friends, relatives, family members and their referrals overcome the obstacles they had been facing for years, without respite from the traditional methods.
